Reservations
Please specify the travel dates, the number in your party, the property you would like to reserve and any special requests you may have. We encourage you to book early to ensure your choice of property. Your reservation will be confirmed by phone or email.
RatesThe rates listed below are in U.S. dollars. Rates for the weeks that include Christmas and New Year’s Day are not published, but we would be happy be quote them for you by phone or email.
DepositsWe require 50% of the rental fee to reserve the property and full payment 30 days prior to occupancy. In addition, we collect a $150-$200 security deposit and a 12% IVA tax, both of which are due with the final payment. (The IVA is collected by the Mexican government on all tourist rental properties. Please note that the 12% tax must be added to the total rental balance.) The security deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage is reported, and will be mailed to you 15-30 days after your departure from the property. CancellationsEach cancellation will be assessed a $50 processing fee. We provide full refunds, less the processing fee, only if we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. An alternate date can be scheduled based upon availability. If you’re concerned that cancellation is a possibility, you should consider procuring cancellation insurance to protect yourself. It’s available for a nominal fee through any major travel agency. Contact your travel agent for more information. We do not have set time requirements for booking reservations, but we do advise our guests to book early for their choice of dates and accommodations.
